Who We Are

Guthu Health Foods is a bilingual food knowledge library dedicated to making accurate, evidence-based nutrition information accessible in both English and Chinese. Every food profile on this site is written with the same depth and care in both languages, so readers can learn in whichever language they are most comfortable with.
